Wests Tigers funny man Beau Ryan books a wedding date

THOUSANDS of female league fans will shed a tear this morning with news Wests Tigers favourite Beau Ryan has settled on an October wedding.

Ryan got engaged to long-term girlfriend Kara Orrell at the start of the year, and only recently settled on the spring date. Teammate Benji Marshall will also soon get hitched to Zoe Balbi, while new Tigers recruit Braith Anasta says 'I do' to Jodi Gordon. League's funny man will have Dragons prop Dan Hunt as his best man, with Chris Heighington also getting a start in the wedding party. While Ryan has juggled footy and The Footy Show commitments this year, he will give tonight a miss to focus on Saturday's must-win game against the Storm.
