**Wests Tigers NRL Head Coach Michael Maguire has named a strong squad for his side’s NRL trial match against the New Zealand Warriors to be played on Saturday, March 2.**

Matterson will start in the back row while Jennings starts in the centres alongside Esan Marsters with Corey Thompson retaining his spot on the left wing.

Life Members Benji Marshall and Robbie Farah will start the match at five-eighth and hooker, with Josh Reynolds and Jacob Liddle to come off the bench.

Moses Mbye will captain the team for the first time since his unveiling as captain, while young gun Thomas Mikaele has also earned a spot in the first-grade squad after his first pre-season with the top side — listed on the eight-man bench.

Where’s Chris Lawrence?

Garner ahead of McQueen. Like it but surprised.

Marshall ahead of Reynolds. Not sure about this one

@Tiger_Steve..it's a trial..

Momirovski not named anywhere…:dizzy_face:

Exactly why I would have expected to see Reynolds there. If there's one thing he's lacking it's actual game time. Maybe Madge doesn't rate him.

lack of props worries me, across both sides theres not much depth. maybe chris is been rested as the coach knows what he brings to the team. think josh will get 30-40 mins just to get him back into contact, remember he had shoulder surgery in the off season.

I hope Mikaele bursts onto the scene like a young Woods, but I've seen to many players like Groat get hyped to be confident.

This Game will test the Tigers, Warriors typically bigger on average and could overpower us if they get a roll on….

Due to the new NRL rulings on criminal matters rolled out today, could Musgrove's altercation be classed as above 'the line' and Chee-Kam's below 'the line' explaining Musgrove's omission?
