Is it just me or does Paul Crawly look like he has lollies in his cheeks when he talks or should I say dribbles

Hahaha for sure he does! Looks like a puffer fish and just like a puffer fish he is a pest.
When you look at Crawley, Rothfield, Ritchie et all from the Telegraph it is really no surprise that they are bitter, pitiful old fools…..they hardly have a lot going for them.

At my work which is a progressive group of advertising agencies .. we have employee a couple of people with disabilities (so we have a more diverse work place) I think the DT and Foxtel have taken this policy way too far.

Good call. It's basically the opposite approach at the DT/Fox. You'd have a hard time spotting the non mentally retarded person.

We have seriously gone backwards since Ivan (47%win record) has been appointed.

We have offloaded most of the salary cap, signed a bunch of players.

If next year is a failure, then Pascoe and Go need to leave immediately and possibly another coach will follow them. This club is a basket case.

The attack on Cleary is what gets me. It reeks of collateral damage. Like he's copping it due to association. He's always had a bit of a frosty personality, but it's never been reported on….till now. I wonder why. Since he's taken over, he's as personable as I've ever seen him. It's quite unprecedented for an agenda to be so strong against a battling club. The vindictiveness from the media is evil.

Jason Taylor 43% win rate.
Michael Potter 35.4%
Tim Sheens 51.3%
Terry Lamb 32.0%
Wayne Pearce 37.0%

Quote a win record all you like but recruiting coaches with a proven track record of wins is not our strong suit.

There's also another way to look at Cleary's pedigree:
10th, finals, finals, 14th, finals, GF, 15th, 10th, finals, 11th.

That's a finals appearance 50% of his coaching seasons, not a standout by any means, but he clearly knows what it takes to get teams there. I think it holds even more water when you consider he took Warriors there so often, Daniel Anderson being the only other coach to have ever got the Warriors to the finals.

Sheens, well he has a positive win rate as coach, but you take out the Raiders and Penrith days, only look at the NRL era: 14th, 13th, 13th, 9th, premiers, 11th, 9th, 10th, 9th, finals, finals, 10th. 3 finals in 12 years.

Ivan received the most poisoned of chalices, the sh.t hit the fan in every direction possible. Give him a year to get us back to first base. There are no blow out scores, that is one relief. It is well understandable if we cop the Wooden Spoon this year but we should not be blaming Ivan for it. We have to win the spoon at least once to make the Magpie supporters like myself feel at home.

Taylor won 20 out of 51 games so less than 40%.
