TOYOTA CUP TEAM TO PLAY BRONCOS

Wests Tigers Coach Grant Jones has named his team to play Brisbane Broncos in the second qualifying final of the Toyota Cup competition.

The match will be played at Skilled Park, Gold Coast, on Saturday, September 12\. Kick-off is 4.15pm.

Wests Tigers finished the regular season in fourth place with the Broncos in fifth place.

Are there any other first grade players still eligible to play in NYC?

My first thought was Ayshford would be in the team. Has he played too many first grade games this year or is he injured? Or is he too old now?
 
The U20s WT are still paying $13 to win the premeirship…Broncos are $7.50.

This WT team still hasn't learnt to play consistent for the whole 80 minutes.... Getting to the Grand FinAl will be a great achievement. I can't see them knocking off Manly or the Dragons if they do get there.
 
Hopefully the Tigers can turn the tide on Broncos and win this one. They're certainly going to need to learn to play for 80 minutes now.

On our day we can match any team. Like you say its whether we have the consistency.

They almost knocked off Manly @ the SFS earlier this year. They can do it.

a little fun fact for u..while talking to him via facebook he told me he was a eels fan before being signed by the tigers and will also be with us for next season. he seems like a genuinely nice bloke

Didnt play against the Bulldogs. Guess he's injured.

Corby and Politoni are doing better than him anyway. Dean Parata had a great game against the Sharks though. Seems promising and more potential than Florimo.

Yeah Maybe Mark, but I think it will be much closer than that , and I am just be happy with a win @ $2…
They only played at Skilled Park 2 weeks ago, and played well against the weaker Titans.....I think they will have a lot of support up there as there is a great Tigers fanbase on the Gold Coast, and the Titan fans will be going for them as well.
IMO, the Tigers by 6 in a close one
 
Joel Jackson is a machine. I'm glad he was given a shot because he is probably the best winger prospect in the entire club from what I can see.
