You must be very drained - it has effected your sense of time - we have only been complaining about the Daley thing since Wednesday.

I suspect if Daley was offered the same position at the roosters it would have been fine and Greenberg would have given his blessing.

You have no idea if that is true and no way to prove it.

Mark Geyer is suprisingly spot on

Ha funny Cochise cause your comments that constantly defend the NRLs decisions/actions makes you appear as an NRL sympathizer.
Many of us have lost faith in the NRL, and although they make the rules it does not mean they implement them fairly, no matter how much you try to school us.

I think Greenburg has done a terrible job, that does not mean that there is a conspiracy against us. With Daley's connections, he should not be involved in a club or representarive teams at all.

They are a law unto themselves Cochise and this sanction on Daley just demonstrates further that they dont implement the rules fairly and that we are clearly not in favour.

I agree the NRL is an amateur run organisation from the top down has been for a long time always re-active rather than pro-active it's an embarrassment…. but do wonder how we would feel if this was happening to the Dogs Parra Manly etc..oh it did..I for one was punching the air with joy..they deserve it,,lolz

But unfortunately Daley is involved with representative teams. Until that changes there is a massive double standard going on here. Our fans have every right to take this matter personally.

Broncz have signed matty johns to help them…how come the NRL hasnt rejected him :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

I agree with this, he needs to be banned from involvement with all teams.

Well I think it is a ridiculous sanction. Whether you like Daley or not his role was to coach footy players on the skills of the game - no suggestion of anything else.
The NRL rules on the premise of "possibles" and then picks and chooses when and if to act. There is a reason in the real world that people are found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

Like someone else said, not too fussed about Daley but its the whole principle of it that stinks. Daley seems unfazed about it and hasn't specifically come out and revealed a strong desire for the proposed role either.
On a similar note, thought this would be of interest, it's in today's courier mail
