It looks like a done deal to me, some people on here are going to be very disappointed, but me I don't care, JT should have let him get his 250 games, and our current number 9's are just not cutting it, so we should improve with this signing.

Well they can’t have it both ways. They can’t complain about the hooking position and be upset we are getting a genuine hooker. He has shown in 2 games of first grade this year he is much better than anything we have. Cook has praised him for the improvements in his game. Let’s hope Liddle can gain from him aswell.

He also had a pack at Souths that bent the line every time they run. Lets see how he goes with our powderpuff pack of late.

On the recommendation of the coach. In other words they have stuck to their part of the deal with Ivan and are giving him full control as per Ivan’s request before signing a contract with us.
 
Hopefully being a reserve grader for the past year has knocked his ego back into check.

I don't expect an apology to be forthcoming to the fans for the way he (and his agent) bad mouthed the club but it would be nice. Hopefully he can remain professional for the final few months of his career.

Hopefully it might also push Rochow out of first grade.

Treated the Club? He was bullied into Reserve Grade to force him out cause the Club didn't want to honour his Contract.

hop along where? geez, getting personal now are we? I am not down. Who told you I was? oh my, some people really? I was just expressing the concern I have for the club. The club has made the decision and I am ok with that… they know better than I do. So we will leave it at that. Good luck coach!!!

PS. they were honouring his contract - only that he was playing in Reserve Grade - there was no promise that he will play in FG all the time or did I miss something? was there a promise in the contract that he will be in FG all the time?

What will he be laughing about? The fact he’ll never be a head coach or again or that the only thing he achieved whilst coach has now been reversed?
