What is the Wests Tigers Biggest single mistake since their inception?

You could pick contracting or letting a player go, appointing or letting a coach go or a member of the board, missing a sponsor, stupid jersey, where we play, etc etc. The idea is identifying our single biggest ever mistake!

Richard and Prince were going regardless. Money was not the issue with them leaving.

yeah not keeping Hodgo is probably right up there as well as signing Terry Lamb to coach us.

Not finding a suitable halfback replacement for Prince for mine though.

I have to agree with the choice of Lamb as coach. That decision and the season that followed his appointment is the lowest point of the club.

Ditto, Baa Baa's appointment as coach was disastrous for the club. No players wanted to come, and we were easily at our lowest point in second season.

Terry Lamb letting John Hopoate getting away with what he did and not really caring.
I guess that does make the problem Lamb, he stuffed up twice. Hanley and that. Baseball 3 strikes and you're out. Real life 2 strikes and you're out.

Yep. I think Lamb is probably a good bloke but his coaching was terrible.

4\. Moltzen at fullback
5\. Points 2-4 being repeated over and over again when it's obvious to all and sundry that it just ain't working!
