**Wests Tigers Head Coach Michael Maguire has updated his 19-man squad to take on the Brisbane Broncos on Thursday night for their Round 5 clash at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane.**

Kickoff for the match is at 7:50pm AEST as Wests Tigers look to bounce back from last week's heartbreaking Golden Point loss to the Penrith Panthers and maintain their spot in the top eight after a promising start to the 2019 season.

With a short turnaround for Thursday's game, Maguire has confirmed Wests Tigers will remain as named on Tuesday with David Nofoaluma and Chris McQueen dropping out of the squad. Both players will feature in the club's Canterbury Cup side on Sunday as they take on the Penrith Panthers at Leichhardt Oval.

Both Elijah Taylor and Paul Momirovski have travelled with the squad to Brisbane and will remain in the squad as reserves, with final 17-man team lists to be confirmed by both sides one hour prior to kickoff tomorrow (6:50pm, Thursday).

For the Broncos, Coach Anthony Siebold has confirmed that [Payne Haas will return from suspension](https://www.broncos.com.au/news/2019/04/10/seibold-payne-will-play/) in place of Gehamat Shibasaki, despite the prop still remaining amongst the reserves after the initial team update. James Roberts (achilles) will not play tomorrow, however, with Kotoni Staggs named once again in the centres

I think that’s the problem. He probably is a good kicker but it’s important to be able to handle pressure. His mind doesn’t seem to be in the right place during games/seems to be easily off put by the crowd, so might need to work on that part more than actually kicking itself.

people seriously need to watch the tries Jennings scored last year. 18 of the 19 he literally fell over the line. Jordan Rankin would have scored 19 tries playing left wing for souths last year.

Yeah I see your point there but, i didn’t watch enough rabbits game to see his overall game. He was on the lethal left edge where they scored more tries. He is a big body and that’s what we’ve been craving for however he hasn’t shown much to date. I’m hoping he improves in the coming weeks though.

And people need to watch more of his complete games from last year rather than just a highlight package of his tries.

He was great for Souths last year and it wasn’t just because of the tries he scored.

Rather poke @happy_tiger's eyes out with a blunt stick than watch Souff's that closely
