I think Sutton could be classified as biased more than dumb,he knows who should win so referees to get his expected result.

A bit hard to break a game and show blistering speed to score tries....when you dont get the ball....he did well when on the wing for a couple of games and they gave him ball....
He has done well to at least try and do something,his personal problems and injuries dont help....these shouldnt be held against him until he has been able to play his natural game,the one that kept him in origin for a number of years....
