WESTS Tigers Team V Dragons

Good solid team. when boo is back the pressure will be on all backs to perform, it's already on the forwards. Fingers crossed they all stay for for a while.

Really want our halves to take control and show benchy why he's at the queens now

I love seeing Taupau in at lock. It makes the starting forward pack much stronger.

I really hope we can contain Widdop - he always seems to run rings around us

nice we are still picking players on name value over form

No not really. Its been one round, there is no form line!

Think it started with the guy in your username. After 2000 he never deserved a place in any fg side.

I don't like this all teams posted at 5pm thing.

Yeah agree…. we should go back to the old Commodore64 days where we had to wait till 6:29pm...just not the same...

As if Sheens used a computer

ESP was far more effective , he posted the teams using his mind

I'm liking this starting team. Having Taupau start at lock gives us some real size. Much like the big Easts packs from last couple of years. Galloway and Woods look strong as does Sirro. Personally I'd have Santi start for Sue. Good looking pack though. Ave and Lodge are great prop rotates. Dean should come on for Taupau at lock then move to dumby half if Robbie takes a short spell.
Sue should be are impact of the bench. He can cover most positions in the forwards.

Loving it.
No Dugan possible so I'm feeling alright about this one….
Aim up boyz!

What's with ava the guy seriously gets injured each week. He must run some dumb lines or something?

Totally correct! He does get injured every week! He's played one game this season, got concussed. It's like he's got a curse or something!! :unamused:

Ava is on the up and up , I reckon he might jump a few on the front rowers list at the WT's this season

I'm hoping he has worked out he can be a big ,bad beast

I'm referring to last year too.. every time I go to a game his holding his arm concussed coming of field.

Well he did play 23 matches last season…?

Our 2nd most reliable prop last season after Woodsy. More consistent than Taupau. Just does his job quietly, whereas big Marty is all power and breaking the line etc.

But i reckon Ava will make a lot more breaks this season than in previous seasons!

Is improving, starting to find his front alot more often, needs to work harder from marker, but definitely heading in the right direction.
That said the 3 of the 4 in front of him are also improving each week, nice spot to be!
