I'm most looking forward to seeing the players hopefully build on last weeks good performance and backing it up again tomorrow. If they turn up with the right attitude and not get too complacent we will get a result.

I'm probably going to get flamed for this but I think last weekend we were flattered by an extremely poor Dragons performance. I'm not criticising the effort as I thought we tried hard, but our execution imo was pretty average.

We were 1 & 6 before the game, they were a top 6 side, we were never going to suddenly be a Storm version, it’s certainly taking a bit longer than we have all hoped, but baby steps, if we can go on a roll then who knows what that sort of confidence will do for he team?

I think our team will improve coming into winter away from day games with the rules. We struggle against athletic teams. Wet weather or night games will benefit us.

I’ve dwelled on that myself.
The only game we won in day game conditions was the Newcastle game though I can’t remember what the forecast was that day could of been a wet and cloudy day.
Both the Souths game and the Dragons game were darker, cooler and wetter. And as a result our team was able to hang in there.
Certainly would assist with the Madge goal of a tighter grinding game in all areas.

Agree, we gave them every opportunity to win despite the hard effort. If it was another team playing even a decent game we may have been in trouble. But some positive signs, seeing combinations building, and hopefully that will continue in each game they play.

Yea , I thought our lead up was good , and we created opportunities , we just lacked that final execution. Hopefully that’s a continuity thing, and more about reps , than anything else . Well that’s what I’m telling myself lol

Cooper is not even in the NRL squad.

He is still a T and T contract and can't play NRL.

2 years ago when we beat the Titans 30-18 we were at a big netball tournament in Rockhampton for my daughters rep team

Guess what ...this weekend ...same tournament ..playing Titans again

From memory I think we were 14-0 down after about 20 minutes

I honestly don't get the hate for Mybe this year - I think he has made a positive difference when he has come off the bench. Made two one on one critical tackles that got us out of trouble last weekend. He deserves his selection.

I don't understand why you would get flamed or even why you got a down vote.

Saints were pretty bad and we got lucky with them having some injuries.

But a win is a win and you can only hope that it is a confidence booster for us and the start of something positive.
