Seems to have been a few sudden bans on here recently. Bans of people who were fine 99% of the time, if they've been given multiple warnings then fine, but things seem to escalate almost as quickly as the Superleague around here.

The live game thread usually guarantees someone will get banned, it can be quite entertaining ?

I’m unfamiliar with the banning rules other than swearing and abusing people personally, are there other ways to earn a spell? Just so I don’t go there during one of our particularly ordinary performances.

Speed2burn blew some kisses to Willow which is a no no.

I don't follow the game stats, so I have no idea about Mikaele's tackle count or missed tackles, but he looked to me like he was going okay with gradual improvement?

Tough call.

Stats probably won't show the true picture, imo he has been the worst defensive forward for WTs this year. He just does not work hard enough around the ruck, it creates space and allows teams real easy metres up the middle.
I think he's very talented physically (his football skills are pretty average), but he needs an attitude adjustment, same as the others that have been dropped this year.

Manly cannot be underestimated. They will be roaring for 3 win streak plus aloia will be keen to get one over us and Tommy will want to rack up as many wins out of guilt for missing most of the season so far. We gotta win or at least match the forwards.( which is why I’m worried about the seyfarth inclusion) they got great halves. But Tommy and Saab are dangerous. Any break you know they will be there to finish it, super quick and tall, our wingers will be getting challenged all game. (We don’t have the tallest wingers) big worries!!

I know people say these are the games we should win but realistically with our squad we don’t have any easy teams. It will be a tough game and I won’t be surprised if manly are favourites.

Exactly look at Papali’i since he moved to his natural position on the edge, Mikaele is a back rower that Madge is trying to turn into a prop. The Tigers keep selecting more props than Hamilton the musical.

Honestly I don't blame Madge and I think most people watching us know we needed to wield the Axe Badly.
I think too many supporters were targeting Nofo, Brooks. Heck I even read one person saying to put Mbye in for Brooks (NOOOO!!!! This never, ever worked for the Bulldogs and it is no surprise that if Mbye has a role it's 3rd playmaker as he was actually good with Hodkinson and Reynolds at the dogs... and no other time).

I am glad Liddle is put in his place by Simpkin. We have seen some brillance but an unreliable first grader. I only see Liddle becoming a bench hooker, perhaps playing the 14 role that Mbye now plays.

Leilua, well if you want back in IMHO its to the wing for Tommy or Nofo whoever mucks up first. It was probably a mistake keeping you ahead of Momo and I am glad to see Madge correcting this.

All of this is good. Manly will be tough. The spirit of Tommy will be our guiding words (if we fight it, we will win it. If we play fast footy we will be turbo'D). Lets see what happens.
