I have good confidence in Seyfarth playing a good 80 minutes on an edge. He seems to struggle to understand the pace of the game when he comes off the bench - his combinations are often clunky, - but the times he started he generally did well.

I also don't think he's that great of a middle forward. Lacks a bit of physicality. He is, however, good at tackling one-on-one when attacks run 'overs lines'. It is a situation second rowers often find themselves in.

If he can put in a good stint on Saturday, it will go a long way to solving our post-Kelma & Lucy problems.

Ken needs to wind up, he's not quick off the mark.
One attribute that a centre must have is a quick turn of pace, to be able to stop start.
The backs of Broncos highlight this perfectly in Farnworth and Staggs.
Big Ken is a great finisher but still lacks a bit of pace, particularly in a change up situation. He's good for us on the wing but still too heavy and slow and a bung leg.
Gildart has those attributes I mentioned but his defense is not up to NRL standard.
I've got nothing. Maybe throw in a lower grader like Junior Pauga who has some NRL experience.
Maybe it's time for another lamb to the slaughter.

Looking at our fowards and bench we definitely edge Manly .

Stef and Twal and Mikaeli along with Peachy. Thats a decent bench.

And thought Musgrove strong lately.

Anything less than a win is unacceptable.

Just my feel. Manlys recent form is crappy. Hastings will be pumped and Brooks is in form.

And don't think their forwards are much this year.

Last week we went away from our backline plays , I mean the second man play that gave us try’s the two games before we never done it until the last 5 minutes, go back to what works boys and the points will flow

Agree with this in the most part. His only issue I see out wide is his lateral defence because of severe lack of speed. I also think he would of performed a lot better lately if given decent game time or some sort of consistent role. Poor bloke gets 5 to 15 mins a game.

Agree with this in the most part. His only issue I see out wide is his lateral defence because of severe lack of speed. I also think he would of performed a lot better lately if given decent game time or some sort of consistent role. Poor bloke gets 5 to 15 mins a game.

He is being used poorly. He needs to be in the game early I think that’s clear to see. But also he needs to learn how to impose himself when he’s not getting big mins. He is a work in progress. I like his passion. But that only goes so far.
