Could possibly shift Huth to prop when Packer comes off & use Blore as a battering ram lock type player. With limited data dunno if edge/middle is his best position

In all honesty an honourable loss by 14-16 points or less looks about a pass mark tonight with all our unavailable players. Would be somewhat content with that, just praying that we don't blow all of the hard work and get our for/against chewed into by 40-50 point defeat.
Naturally would be over the moon with an upset win but an honourable loss would suffice at this point.

Dewy Bankwest Stadium ....don't think it will be a high scoring game

Bloody well hope so. Would be shattering to cop a hiding and blow our F/A. For once it is on our side and could prove to be crucial in a few months time. A flogging will be very disappointing.


We wont get flogged tonight we are much tougher this year if the 8.5+ is a good guide would state at this point most we could lose by would be 12.

Hope so mate. We all know our clubs entire history has been riddled with pathetic back-up performances after big/easy victories. Hope this year is different.....we will find out in a couple of hours.
I wouldn't be putting a lot of money on us +8.5 TBH. Hate being pessimistic about our club but there is a huge dose of reality there as well unfortunately.

If the boys can get up tonight, it will be HUGE.

Nope you’re right it doesn’t. Always talk about lots of injuries to other teams - Raiders, Roosters, Broncos, Manly (Turbo’s missing, Turbo’s missing Turbo’s missing) - but never ours.

Possibly because Turbo etc are stars but we don't have any except Benji.

I think missing 3 of our best performing forwards, plus the experience of Joey and Reynolds in the backs is worth a mention as being quite a significant loss to structure of a team.

4 forwards who would be in our 17, Twal, Garner, Mikaele and Musgrove

Yeah but my point was none of those guys are names to anyone really except Tigers fans 😛

If they're amongst our best players on our roster it doesn't matter what outsiders think. Every team has its better players and it's lesser players, regardless of what fans of other teams think of them.
Those 4 have left a massive hole in our grunt up-front.

McIntyre's been impressive in FG so far and has a really good low tackling technique which should help out big time on Shaun Lane. I think our chances improve immensely with him and Lawrence guarding Benji. Hopefully he can play at least 50-60 minutes there and Chee-Kam or Blore can provide some impact if/when they come on.
