I just jumped off my seat. In McGuire I trust. Much better looking team. Sam Mac has earnt a start. Tough kid that wont shy away. Stoked to see Blore. Both inclusions tightens up our middle edge defence. Their backline still worries me, but feeling much more comfortable about this game. Young blokes eager to impress and hopefully worried about letting their teammates down. Should have taken the $3.70 for the win. Go! you Tige's

I was counting that we actually only have 21 players to select from right now out of our top 30.

Twal, BJ, jRey, Musgrove, Liddle, Mikaele, Jennings, Garner, CT Traded.... So, 9 down.

If the boys can get up tonight, it will be HUGE.

Yet this NEVER gets a mention in the media.

Nope you’re right it doesn’t. Always talk about lots of injuries to other teams - Raiders, Roosters, Broncos, Manly (Turbo’s missing, Turbo’s missing Turbo’s missing) - but never ours.

Possibly because Turbo etc are stars but we don't have any except Benji.

I think missing 3 of our best performing forwards, plus the experience of Joey and Reynolds in the backs is worth a mention as being quite a significant loss to structure of a team.


Does anyone think +8.5 is a fair start for the Tigers?

I'll be surprised if Parra score 20 ....I'd take it

Took the Line @ $1.85 with +10.5 start would not let me multi up with the score so put a pineapple on it, would like to see a win but if we lose don't want to lose by much. Also took Leilua Luciano 1st try scorer with a Banjo.

In all honesty an honourable loss by 14-16 points or less looks about a pass mark tonight with all our unavailable players. Would be somewhat content with that, just praying that we don't blow all of the hard work and get our for/against chewed into by 40-50 point defeat.
Naturally would be over the moon with an upset win but an honourable loss would suffice at this point.

Bloody well hope so. Would be shattering to cop a hiding and blow our F/A. For once it is on our side and could prove to be crucial in a few months time. A flogging will be very disappointing.

Yes it sure would! It would really suck if we undo all the good work from last week by getting hammered by 50 or more. I’m a tad worried that’s exactly what will happen though.
