Wests Tigers Team v Penrith Rd 16

I think Benji is cooked. Love him and the joy he has brought but his poor defence is not superseded by his attack in my opinion. It seems Madge has very little faith In Reynolds (maybe the twitter comment didn’t help) and is not willing to risk Madden with no games under his belt. Also would possibly indicate that neither Mbye or Doueihi are being considered as future halves. Or I could be totally wrong😜

Positivity people... Blore back. Middle looks stronger with Packer dropped and Grant back. Best bench in a long time. Benji won’t have Kikau running at him. No Api K for Panthers.

Our forwards will get on top, our spine will make the right plays and our backs will score heaps.

Good team. Go Tigers.

Reynolds/Benji / Brooks - you could take a poll and get an even result about who considers which one is worse than the other. They are the best we have got and they have all been dropped not sure what other better option is available that doesn't also come with risk.

I'd start Eisenhuth with Mikaele dropping to the bench and McIntyre in for Taylor. Much more dynamic bench that way.

While I'd also bring in Reynolds for Marshall, that doesn't seem to be a realistic option at this stage since Marshall will likely see out the year.

Benji is the worse because of his wafer thin defence

I think dropping Reynolds back to reserves might be a way of pushing him to explore overseas as he knows he won't get much game time here unless injuries moving forward.
Good to see Blore back

If Madge was fair dinkum Marshall would be watching from home with Packer.

Benji is going to be selected no matter what ... Farah was selected with a broken leg in a game that could of pushed the team into the 8 ! The supporters just have to suck it up .. coaches get recommended from time to time who needs to be picked ( politics) as much said by the chairman to today ..
Anyway 5 rounds to go then we all as supporters can watch other fans engage in a final series.

So now the chairman is picking the team. That’ll do me...

I don't think Madge plans on dropping Benji again this season, If it didn't happen now it won't happen again. No doubt he knows the season is over and is just letting him go out selected. Wouldn't surprise me if the exclusion of Reynolds is to possibly force him to consider moving on? Almost to say you're going to continue sitting on the sidelines unless you take up another clubs offer.

Great to see Blore back + really excited to see Grand and Liddle combining - should give us 80 mins of great dummy half running.

Zero accountability at all. What a bloody joke.

Packer got dropped. Benji shouldn’t be there, so there’s *some* accountability, not zero 😉

Happy to see Blore and Harry back, Packer deserved to be dropped. Twally back in the 13 is good too I like him there.

Brief piece on channel 9 now saying Benji can take as much time as he likes to make his mind up on whether he'll play next year. That right there is part of the problem with this club...

Good to see Blore back

Maybe that’s the plan but it’s hurting us on field
