And Mikaele has a hell of a lot of strapping on his left knee. He'd be odds on for an arthroscope at the end of season.

There’ll definitely be some surgery in the off season

I reckon every Wests Tigers player has nightmares of guys in roosters jerseys. They smash us nearly every time we play them, however this will probably be the weakest outfit we’ve faced in awhile

A loss with what’s at stake is inexcusable

I feel they will be primed to draw a line in the sand to getting pumped by these guys.

Not a comment regarding the team, rather the day:
So it’s game day again and in a few hours I’ll be heading to Leichhardt. I’ve been doing this for 40 years or more yet it still excites me. Leichhardt is special. It’s spiritual. I’m like a 12 year old kid waiting for this afternoon to arrive. And it will be the same feeling as I walk up from the back entrance and see the old girl before my eyes.
So, Orange Grove pub at 3pm as is tradition then on to the greatest footy ground on the planet.
Gee a win would be nice to round out the day!

Agree 100%

I’m driving home from Mullumbimby & will have to settle for listening to the game on the radio. Hopefully our boys have a great game. Enjoy!

Taylor retained on the bench and McIntyre into the reserves is a strange one. Very similar players but I think Mcitnyre offers more than ET

Taylor was solid last game agree not much between them both with Tackle Efficiency 94% Taylor / 93.1% McIntyre.
Just more experience and i notice he has adapted to the new rules of not holding down players and giving away penalties.

There’ll be two points on the line when the Roosters face Wests Tigers tomorrow — and a lazy $400,000.

One prodigious punter is standing on the verge of an eye-watering payday and all they need is for the Tigers to collapse in a heap.

Kayo is your ticket to the 2020 NRL Telstra Premiership. Every game of every round Live & On-Demand with no-ad breaks during play. New to Kayo? Get your 14-day free trial & start streaming instantly >

Thankfully for the brave bettor, that’s a role the Tigers have perfected over the years. Even the club’s fans wouldn’t blame the TAB for paying the customer out now.
Round 15

Saturday’s footy clash represents the final instalment of an adventurous 12-leg, $753 TAB multi-bet across NRL, AFL, Champions League and Europa League soccer and the NBA Playoffs.

Placed at odds of $532.04, 11 of those bets have paid off so far and if the Roosters conquer the Tigers, this punter will be $400,000 richer.

A multi-bet only works if all the legs are successful. In this instance, all 12 results need to be correct for the windfall to arrive.

A Tigers victory would ruin everything but the joint-venture club generally reserves its pain and suffering for its own supporters — the same supporters who haven’t had reason to tune into the finals since 2011.

The final bet was placed with the Roosters $1.40 favourites and they sit fourth on the ladder, five spots above the Tigers in ninth. The Bondi boys have only drifted out to that price because of the recent injury carnage they’ve suffered.

The tri-colours are without the competition’s form playmaker Luke Keary, 300-gamer Mitch Aubusson and halfback Lachlan Lam — all of whom went down in last week’s loss to the Storm.

It means NRL rookie Drew Hutchison lines up for his 11th top-flight game at five-eighth alongside No. 7 Kyle Flanagan, who was dropped a couple of weeks ago and has only been recalled because of the injury crisis.

The bench is light on experience but in good news for the Roosters, forward leader Jared Waerea-Hargreaves returns to the front row and Brett Morris is back on the wing.

Now all the punter can do is pray.
There’s a lot more riding on this game than just two points for one punter.

Well could be but you don't hear these stories often and its fairly detailed his legs, lets hope he loses the last leg that's what the betting agency will be hoping.

It's going to be a very cold, unpleasant night at the old girl today. Kudos to anyone who is going and hopefully the WT make it a cold miserable night for the Chooks.

Very winnable. I'm expecting a win.

I reckon every Wests Tigers player has nightmares of guys in roosters jerseys. They smash us nearly every time we play them, however this will probably be the weakest outfit we’ve faced in awhile

A loss with what’s at stake is inexcusable
