Liddle seems very injury prone, hardly played any games since his debut

People said the same thing about Tedesco in 2014…....

Can’t believe Godinet is our first choice hooker, even with Liddle injured. Offers nothing in attack and poor in defence.
Sue is another log.
Grant is solid and surely Felise offers more. We need to fill those last positions in the top 30, but am not sure that makes a difference when players out of form or lacking ability keep getting selected

I think that Cleary will announce changes closer to the game so that the media doesnt pounce on any players dropped or any new starters in the team. This is what happened last week with Fonua when he started. This method provides less fuss and comment in the media who feed like seagulls on a dropped bag of chips on team changes. Cleary is protecting his players.

Liddle is young and still growing, he holds himself well for his size… sure he is going to get injured a bit coming at the big boys, but he has plenty of talent and speed off the mark.... he will repay us, just give him time...

1\. Cleary is not a fan of McIllwrick. Cant blame him the guy is a straight up reserve grader, but Godinet needs to show more very soon.

2 . Marshall has to be on notice and owes us this game.

3\. Does Liddle need another off season, he looks light and is copping too many injuries?

I think we should make Mitch Rein an offer, and ween Liddle into the NRL slowly, never been confident in Liddle from the first time I laid eyes on him.

The 9 is definitely our weakness. Liddle isn't ready for full time NRL, Godinet has too many errors for my liking and for whatever reason Mcillwrick is out of favour.

Well I reckon I will leave it up to Ivan to sort out who plays this weekend…He has not disappointed me yet as coach,if he gets frustrated at the team because they lost a couple of real close games,then the players have to own the loss as well...maybe he wants them to learn from that loss and don't forget how many of our top players are sidelined.....

Fair enough, i like Liddle though. I think he is origin class. His body on the other hand is struggling to match his talent.

I would take Robbie back on the cheap for the rest of the season if we have to put up with Godinet or MM long term this year. All wild fire aside he would give us way more quality and presence on the field then those 2.

Liddell out hurts us massively I reckon.
