I rate Collis over Ayshford, and if match fit I would play him.

Ayshford has shown more in his games than Collis has in the past 2 years, I'm glad Sheens left Ayshford in the 3.

I Do agree. Collis ha had one good game this year being the knights game at campbelltown. Prior to that I can't remember a solid performance from him.

Asford floggs him, I wouldn't name him again in 1st grade unless injuries to leave us with no choice.

Three tries against Souths wasn't it? Pretty solid.

Missed a tackle on Inglis in the first game against Melbourne but then shut him down for the rest of the match.

He has been a bit frustrating this year with some shocking handling..

But he is a good player on his day and I think he was just getting back to his best before injury.

Thats a good side I think. Hopefully Collis is an injury cover as Ayshford deserves his spot. Collis has played well this year but had been our for a while and is a slow starter.

Gibbs will need another good game and hopefully Payten lifts his performance and gives Gibbs and Skandalis a hand against an underestimated attack.

i hate the injury report they have had Galloway coming back since round 14!!

its not even a injury report

I'd like to know how bad the injury actually was, or has Keith been stuffed around with poor injury management since?

Galloway is coming back next week… the reason for the long time out is simply because it took longer than expected to heal. He's back training with the team and will be the for Manly game.. The injury was a result of going back out to play...

Anyway.. Collis might be there to cover an injury in the backs? All backs looked to pull up ok though... TNT looked a bit sore towards the end, i noticed that... but it didn't look to be anything much more than fatigue or a cramp or knot...

I don't think Collis will play... if he does i pray it is at the expense of Ryan!

A match fit Collis is one i would pick but clearly he'd be severly lacking in that department right now. Give him 2-3 games with wests in the state cup then consider him.

Laurie is still training with the team and looks super fit, seems to have bulked up a bit as well.

I reckon he'll be back for the Manly game to help combat their big pack. Hopefully he has a strong game for Wests this weekend.

I don't think you could say that Andrew Leeds is a very good physio… Think about it logically Sauce is a big tall man, knees would be much more critical to him than say someone short & stocky they can put up with some uncomfortable instability, but big sauce trying to do what he does best on a unstable knee... hmm... I hope he comes back when he is 100% not before.

i heard one of the players mention collis would be back… though that was last week.
i'd prefer to see ayshford given another crack to be honest.

Leeds is one of the best Physio's in Australasia and has been widely recognised as a dominant fugure in sports injury management and rehabilitation. His services a keenly sought for not only in Rugby Union and League but many other sports.

The team played reasonably well against the cowboys.
just as long as you do not count opening 5 minutes.
they now have to back it up with a good performance and come away with the two pints against the raiders, otherwise the last two results account for nothing.
whilst I am confident wests-tigers will win, I am also very wary they can be good one game and sub standard the next. :unamused:

I just don't understand why people are hoping for Collis to play?

His signed with Cronulla and had one good game for the tigers in the last three years… should not be allowd near first grade.

Late Mail in the Tele, is saying Collis is 18th man and that Lawo (leg problem) trained for the first time yesterday.

Chris has been playing on one leg since he come back from injury….he is one tough cookie, and knows the season is one the line.

Spoke to NSW Cup Magpies Coach Leo Epifana tonight at the Western Suburbs Magpies Junior Development Fund raiser. Collis will line up in the centres in Reserve Grade with Akeripa going back to the backrow. So Wests Tigers are No.1-17; with Collis dropping off the bench to play Reserve Grade for the Maggies.
