Wests Tigers' Round 3 clash against the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs scheduled for this Sunday will still go ahead... but with a twist!

With the 2020 NRL season suspended indefinitely, the game will take place off the field and on the gaming consoles of players from Wests Tigers and the Bulldogs — streamed LIVE on Facebook at 4:05pm AEDT on Sunday.

Just because there's no competition points up for grabs doesn't mean there aren't bragging rights still at play, so make sure you tune in to watch all the action unfold!

Team lists for both sides will be confirmed at 12:00pm AEDT on Friday so make sure you check back to see which players will be representing your club!

I know nothing about Fortnite but it seems like a look idea to try and keep people engaged with the club.

Same. I play video games but I'm the wrong generation for this, but good on the club and NRL for thinking outside the box, because they are going to have to make up all sorts of stuff to keep the fans engaged.

Supercars launched a similar concept a few weeks ago where all drivers race live on simulators .
It will keep the younger generation interested I suppose !
