Wests Tigers NSW Cup Coach Paul Fletcher has named his team to play Wyong Roos on Sunday, July 21.

The match will kick off at Morry Breen Oval at 3pm. Wests Tigers sit in seventh place on the ladder and must beat the lowly paced Roos to further enhance their push for a top four position before next weekend's bye.

Love the wingers on both sides. Gee that's some strike power! Hope koro kills it and puts aysh back down just so we can look for the future.

Could brooks play nrl this year?

Happy to see Koroibete in reserve grade. Has a lot to work on before cementing his spot in first grade, and given the current form of Simona and Nofoaluma, will have to work hard to get back into grade

I don't understand why they do that with Brooks.
Why not leave him in NSW Cup?

Exposure without over exposure to the more physical grade.

That and the NYC side is utterly rudderless without him most games.

All about balancing his development

I've had a feeling that brooks might be playing 1st grade this week. Mentioned on the forum before. Potter wanted to get an exemption, had a bye so with benji leaving he might get a run? Benji would also take the spotlight off brooks' debut.

Interesting test for Koro.

Wyong are a average side but put in and are grubs and nigglers which Koro has a bit of form falling for.

Hopefully he and big T feed off each other

You're not wrong about the wingers, some real strike power there so hopefully they go looking for work and see plenty of clean ball.

who do wyong feed for again? The Knights?

I..I honestly don't recognise those names, thats all.

I think they are a stand alone club - formerly in the Newcastle comp

They are stand alone.

Some of the names in that squad had big wraps at various stages and were strong NYC players, Stromquist and Jono Ford seemed destined for the NRL and cant make a top 34….guess it is proof on how hard the step upis

Wyong were in the Central Coast comp but that wasn't good enough so then they went to Newcastle. But then they got the Brad Pitts because the Newcastle comp wouldn't let them spend what they wanted. So here they are in the state cup… They're back playing on the Coast too.

How many NYC games does Brooks need to play to be able to participate in the finals?

Good question, wouldn't mind seeing sirro and nofo there. I think siro played 2 or 3?
