WestsTiger borders

Ive been driving the length Victoria Rd a lot lately. All the way from the city to Parramatta.
Once I get over the Anzac Bridge, obviously I'm in Tiger territory. But where doesn't it end? Once you go past the Putt Putt Golf at Ermington, there is this grey area until you get pass Silverwater Rd into Parramatta territory.
The State government should put up signs.Like "You are now leaving Tiger Territory". I got caught out filling up in the Parramatta Service Station the other day. There was Parra flags and other Parra stuff in there. Had I known I would have filled up a few blocks earlier in Tiger territory. Dam, it felt dirty.
People must have the same issues going along the M4 and M5,into Dogs territory .

Its just feels filthy not filling up at anywhere but Leichhardt or Campbelltown.. I live in Canterbury atm and every Thursday I drive up to Leichhardt to fill up, some times I go to Campbelltown if I'm feeling frisky. #Rebel p.s my tongue was firmly planted to my cheek when I wrote this.

I live in Camperdown, Southern side of Parramatta rd. Before I was born that was Jets territory, now I'm not sure if the Tigers or the Bunnies have a claim to it. As the crow walks I'm 2.4km from Leichardt oval, 3.4 km from Redfern oval, so closer to the old Balmain ground, and I've only got to fall out of bed to be in Glebe or Annandale, which are definately in Tigers territory. Unlike Newtown itself, I don't think Camperdown was ever part of South Sydney council, so I'm safe on the local govt boundaries.

I am dangerously close to what is now all "Sydney City", which the chooks now arrogantly lay a claim to. Still Easts as far as I'm concerned, they're no more Sydney City than Balmain were the Sydney Tigers during the Parramatta experiment.

I used to fill up at a service station who had a mad Tigers supporter at it

She used to read the Forum a lot ,never joined but she has been busy raising Keefy junior

The borders are from the Great Australian Bite right up to China, across to India and back down the Western Australian coast… Well, that would be my target territory if I was running an Australian Franchise in the NRL!

One of my new staff members walked into work the other day with a Parra lunchbox... I asked him when was he gona grow up and get a Tigers one.

We also have a few service station on the Sunshine Coast operated by Tiger Fans. And I interviewed a new Apprentice a month ago from Camden, asked who she supports and she replied WT... Hired!

Don, I think you will find you leave the cubs area as you drive over the Carlingford rail line bridge, with the river being the boundary to the south. The Ermington/Rydalmere club that I played against as a junior faded long ago, but Sirro was recently playing for Dundas which is just up the road, before joining the NYC squad.

Thanks FormerG. Twice a year we also go to the Southern Highlands. I always tell the kids in the backseat we won't be stopping in St George or Cronulla territory. First stop will be Campbelltown.

Tigerdon - from my understanding, along Victoria Road the boundary is Spurway Street (just where the Ermington shops start).

If you want to fill up going west The Blue Star is the place (Victoria Road and Kissing Point Road) usually pretty cheap. Not too far from where I am.

Where abouts in the Highlands Tigerdon…anywhere near Moss Vale...

There are no borders anymore, nrl is a global game. I think this is underestimated by league hierarchy.

Fill ure car up at the cheapest possible and most convenience. If we relied on supporters from traditional areas we would be playing at birch grove oval in a 3rd grade suburban competition.

We hav supporters everywhere and they are diehards not like manly supporters.
