What a team

There is definitely a loser mentality at the club with some who seem to have got use to it and or have no concept of accountabilty, while those who want better get the hell out at the first opportunity.
The next guy who comes will carry the weight of the fans looking for him to miraculously fix what is not realistically fixable with the current squad, while the finger pointing on the field continues.

I supported Madge as I think he’s got a really dodgy squad because he came to a club that is a bit of a joke. He added to that joke when he took Ken in with him.

I think Ken can play wing quite well on his day, but captain!?!? We are in deeper than most realise.

as a coach he should bring he young blood on. the fan dont care if they lose they are rookies but at least a they are trying.

Hastings, Leilua and Seyfarth off the top of my head, but you said best player, not most heart. They are two different things.

I like Kelma but his defence is average at best and his work rate isn’t high enough for a starting second rower. 6 runs for 46 meters isn’t up to standard.

Well he still is one of their best players shame the club keeps letting good players go and keep all the dipshits,,,well leilua is gone nest year to so kinda proves my point that this club is getting beyond the joke aye!!
 
I understand sports science, short turnarounds and we have some long term injuries, I get that, but tell me why, garner, musgrave, mikaeli, toa, etc…. All couldn’t be playing limited minutes in reserve grade atm, for there own fitness and to hopefully bring on maybe the 1 or 2 kids, that may go on to play first grade in the future. I mean realistically, we are hopeless in first grade, that’s why I laugh at this rhetoric coming out of the club about rebuild and youth. The youth will not get any better playing with nobodies in reserve grade, and the first grade players that we are not playing are not that good to be sitting out and walk up starts in first grade when Madge sees fit to use them, laughable this place, for example look at Royce hunt, I don’t overly rate him but took it traits pangai so you at least know he’s got some go in him, and is every bit as good as garner and mikaeli, plays two games nrl and plays 40 mins last week for Newtown. Different circumstances I know, but we have got it so wrong this place it’s laughable. And Madge is weak, make them play, or somebody with some gumption in the place make them play.

Madge will never give the young one a go he is to obsessed with the garbage team he has on the park and hoping they will get better😂😂,,,he keeps saying he sees improvements lol where tho?

Kelma is very replaceable imo, and Luciano has already been replaced with better.

Part of the process of building a better team is to stop treating and paying average players like they are something more.

Don’t get me wrong you can’t have a whole team of superstars (well we can’t anyway) so you need some average Joes to fill the blanks but from what I’ve seen of him so far there are better options.
