What are they thinking?

If Potter was to go, who do they think will turn things around, name a suitable candidate. The only idiot to fit in would be Ricky Stupid, he has a history of turning things around, from good to bad and bad to worst.

There's not much out there. Surely no money for anyone if they add Potter on the list with Sheens. What if the next dud wants his own staff. Another thing, if there thinking Payten, and he gets the gig, what if it doesn't work out, another legend to scrap heap. And what's this BS Potter has lost the sheds. Does Potter have a history of doing this or do we have a history of letting the boys run the show.

I'll see your Ricky Stuart and raise you a Brian Smith. You want a guy to get a club up and rolling, no one does it like Smithy, the guy is deadset ruthless. Give him 2 yrs and then send him on his way before the rut sets in.

How can anyone say the Potter has lost the shed

The club has renewed every contract they wanted renewed and let go the fungus that is dragging the club down

Again , patience is required , 2014 may not be much better than 2013 but anyone with half a brain can see the club is taking giant steps forward in the right direction

All we need to do is plant a bomb in the boardroom and set it off at the next board meeting and our turnaround will be complete

I believe that was Daniel Anderson in 2002.

I would consider Brian Smith as well on a deal where he gets 2 years and that's it, no matter how well he goes. I think 50% of the Roosters success this year is their marquee signings (Jennings, Sonny and Maloney) and the other 50% is the juniors that Smith blooded/brought to the club (Pearce, Cordner, JWH, Friend, Guerra). He can assemble you a good squad he just doesn't get you to that next level.

Couldnt agree more. Smith is great at cleaning out a club and getting it on the right track and great foundations. Just never able to deliver after that point. Parras juniours have gone from a great production live of talented players to non-existent since he left.

We don't need Smith. The clean out is already being done and our juniors are good
