My advice man... have a look on Ebay. There are sellers/stores on there that sell all the stuff... vanity, shower screens, etc at cheaper prices and they're just as good.

I got most of the stuff to do my laundry on Ebay and wish I did for my bathroom as i woulda saved heaps. I got friends who are builders and plumbers who helped me out so my bathroom was about 15k in total but yeah, coulda been less if I shopped online.

Also, up to u... but a skylight in the bathroom is cool as and definitely check out the baths with the flexi pipes so u can move em around and clean under em... also a wall mounted vanity cos then u can also clean under them and avoid the water damage the other ones get on the board that touches the ground...
