What does Tim Sheens say to the team before they run out?

If Sheens has been signed without putting any KPI's into place then Humphries and the board should be sacked Simple as that . I am a manager and have KPI's changing yearly and I have to answer to stockholders ,senior management and my customers and thats how you get consistant performances . Might explain a few things that we see throughout the year then ??
