First game I went to was against Penrith at Campbelltown in 93. Some great times over the years but 98-99 were pretty dark. 2005 was probably the best year of my life hahaha. The constant wins and partying I’ll never forget

It was very violent and brutal footy looking back... But at the time it was normal
You could see many opposition fans fearful going to Lidcombe
Sitting on the bike track close to the field was pretty cool when the crowd was big

I’m originally from Darwin and Balmain came and played a match up there in the late 80’s, I was about 8ish, my uncle bought me a Tigers hat and been a diehard fan ever since!!!

Balmain since 88 for me. Dad and his dad were wests fan as they grew up in Concord.
I basically followed the Tigers because they used to put 50 odd on the Magpies every time they played them back then! It broke both of us when they merged. The only time we have got along about it was in 05!
