Unfortunately it is the result of 10 years of utter failure. Additionally, the club has been around for 22 seasons and failed to make the finals 19 times. It takes a toll on supporters, especially those seeking change.

Along with the constant failures and utterly hopeless efforts on field and in the front office, the pandemic and lockdowns are causing/have caused great amounts of disruption, stress and angst, whether we like to admit it or not.

Seen the same stuff play out on other otherwise fairly chilled out forums.

It'd probably be a bit easier to be positive if there was any hope of improvement at the club.

Who are the big shot know it alls and Trolls .....if you don't agree with someone's actions ...put them on foe

It's hard ...none of us want to be negative .......And I'm as bad as the next ...but I'm sick of this club and how they drive us further and further into the swamp .....I will love this club until they die or I die ......but I have more and more days where I honestly wish they just kicked us out ...because I can't see anything ever improving ...does anyone see us winning a premiership in the next 20 years ......I'll be amazed if we make the 8 three times in the next 20 years

But this is also a problem ...many don't want to see our club like this and even point blank refuse to see the problems we have ....

Thw whole current coaching situation for example ...many blame the coaches .......

Many of you are in lockdown so you may have some spare time .......

Put every club's top 17 on paper .....and then HONESTLY place WT's players ranked in position against everyone else .....

Done it a few times ..once even on here a few seasons ago .....we finished 14th from memory when I did it

We aren't a Top 8 roster and we aren't even close ..and we can't attract anyone .....where we go from here ...only God knows .....

Agreed. At least the dogs have done a cleanout and have new signings to look forward to next season. What's going to change for us in 2022? This will be the first offseason where I won't be eagerly anticipating the footy to return. You just become numb to it when there is constant disappointment.

Agree with all this. I doubt they'll win another premiership while I'm still alive unless the NRL gets serious about the salary cap/third party agreements situation and brings in a draft.

The team is woeful, has been for a decade, away from footy the world is a very difficult place for a lot of us at the moment. In between those two things, Wests fans are a very frayed bunch at the moment.

Its like an amateur club playing in a professional competition.

It's a big stretch to call the NRL and the way it operates 'professional'. It's run worse than a chook raffle and reeks of bias and inconsistency. As a code it is a laughing stock and rightfully so.

Our club is run several levels below even that mark sadly.

Agreed. We want to see the team outperform every other opposition team despite the many flaws in our roster.
