Just a few ideas to improve the mightly Wests Tigers in 2011 so we can win the Grand Final
Mitch Brown to start to full back and to learn off McKinnon about chiming into the backline. Need to build up a combination with Farah and Marshall and Moltzen.
Ayshford to be used between backs and forwards. Daniella takes his centre spot when he plays in the forwards.
Ayshford to learn to pass the ball. Does need a decent winger outside him.
Moltzen to start at Half back and Lui as back up. Wouldn't mind Lui playing 5/8 and Marshall to the centres to mix things up.
Like to see Farah spend time on the bench to give him a breather. Fulton to take on the hooking role when he is rested. At times Farah looked tired and came up with wrong options.
Like to see Heighington and Ellis given time on the bench to give them a breather so they can both be managed through a long tough season.
Like to see Sheens in some games start with Fifita, Dwyer, Moors, Murdoch in the starting line up to gain more match fitness and be ready incase injuries occur. This would give Payten, Gibbs and Galloway some rest time.
In certain games would like Sheens to rest players so fringe players like Meaney, Davis, Latu, Pritchard etc get a chance to prove themselves in the top grade. Also allows our top players to recharge their batteries.
Like Sheens to use the whole bench and not have someone sit there to play 5 minutes near the end. Daniella would be my 17th man and can be used to run at tired forwards and spend some time in the backline whilst Ashyford goes to lock.
Need to hire someone like Andrew Johns to improve our short kicking game.
Ryan to go back to State Cup. Not up to NRL standard.
