One of the top hip-hop albums 'was wrath of the math - Jeru da damaja. So many tracks on that LP, me or the papers, black cowboy, ya playin yaself. Best time to be a rap/hip-hop fan was the 90's & early 2000's that's a fact

@Sausagesorcerer I forgot to reply you

There is something very special about the production on those 90s albums I find
Kinda like that wu tang sound (I’m sure there is way better examples)
If you could recommend one album what would it be??

Sheesh one album my mann NP, name me bands/artists you're into & I'll recommend

That Down track stone the crow is good - I had to YouTube they've got that Louisiana bayou vibe - Pantera vocalist too I remember them.

Power trip - nightmare logic is heavy, an ode to thrasher metal. Comments on the video were hilarious too. It's hard to decipher what you'd listen to hip-hop wise from those examples but I think you'd rate these albums, they're early to mid 90's you might enjoy:

Heltah Skeltah - Nocturnal
Black Moon - Enta da stage
Gravediggaz - 6 feet deep
Onyx - Bacdafucup

Killswitch Engage - The Arms of Sorrow.

Great tune ,such good guitar work and chorus

Seen them live. They put on a great show.

Joel Stroetzel (sp?) and Adam Dutkiewicz (sp?) are so tight on the guitar. Haven't really listened to any of their stuff since Howard Jones left and Jesse Leach returned.

Adam d is the man
Even produced parkway drive horizons
Same here,I like the early stuff with Jesse but haven’t given the new stuff a crack

Yeah man, he's a talented dude, he was the original drummer for KsE.

Alive or Just Breathing, End of Heartache and As Daylight Dies were my favourites.

I just was flicking through youtube this morning and I hit an old clip of AC/DC,Angus Young was awesome...HIGH VOLTAGE was the song...

i have to admit i been listening to BTS recently ^o^ i'm loving SUGA

Lollll legend

This song reminded me of you mate. By Jimin (contemporary dancer/Ballet) and Suga (rapper) of bts. Crazy they sold out city field; wembley etc in 5 mins and they don't even sing in English!

What genre?

You'd have to say it was Country. Most of what i've done with my band is somehwere between country rock and nearly metal, this is my first ever solo song and is a lot more mellow. A ballad really.
