Was listening to some Stray Cats this morning ...remember going through a rockabilly stage many moons ago

Used to go to a number of rockabilly gigs in my early twenties, often at the RSL club at North Bondi venue. Got my initial taste from the few rockabilly numbers that Cold Chisel brought out in the years earlier.

Was listening to their cd this afternoon before being interrupted at "aaaw shucks, wouldn't stop for a million bucks", so the verse is still on my mind.

My 10 y/o daughter plays CCR on repeat. That, Don McLean and best of Queen. While I like all three in small doses, I have to leave the house when she does it. Drives me nuts.

@Sausagesorcerer Yeah I'm the opposite, I literally stopped listening to heavy stuff all together when Ardrian left. They did Rot and maybe 1 or 2 others I liked but that's it. Might not seem like it but I was their biggest fan, listened to their first 3 albums religiously everyday until Adrian left. 🙁
