I was lucky enough to see him 30-40 times and meet him once. His music means so so much to me and I still feel his death everyday.

Chester's death also effected me as he and Chris were close friends and he died on Chris' birthday.

Yeah some dark stuff around both of those guys deaths...

Grew up with em to an extent.
I feel like I was the first person in my area/school to hear LP and showed everyone.
Use to gel my hair up like him and think the flame tattoos were amazing.

Like a lot of Bands though, LP... Silver chair are another... their sound changes as they get older and their tastes change. I loved their early stuff way back when and the newer stuff does not resonate with me but as I grow older the early stuff has a bit of a cringe factor to it yet brings the nostalgia.

Two legends lost though.
Tragic.
