When dywer did his brut big hit…..
everyone thought that was the game
(but then the rulese went back to 1990)

I was telling everyone around me that that was the biggest hit I have EVER seen on a Rugby League field.

I'll confess… I havnt yet seen the game or the hit. :blush:

I was stuck in a Restaurant until 8:30pm and judging by all the comments, I'm not sure I want to sit through this game tomorrow on the Fox Replay either??? 😢 😢 😢

Watch it, besides the result it was a damn good game.
 
I had the binoculars on the hit and it took a second to register what had happened it was fantastic, and then I was wrapped thinking dwyer has won us the game with that effort, but then …....
 
I actually thought it was Fifita. Dad and I were cheering.

Obviously thought we'd won at that point.

Heart was still racing at 100 mph.

I went ballistic saying we've won we've won.

And I felt euphoria, and relief. Just knowing we had got through this clash, we had a good chance of a week off, we'd avoided golden point/a loss, and had played the last 5 minutes with 12 men. Was an amazing feeling.

And then…..
 
I initially thought it was Fifita.

I and most people around me were jumping around like mad men on the seats…couldn't believe what happened a few seconds later.
