What would make you a believer, in 2022?

At least two other teams would need to be busted for salary cap infringements and be forced to dismantle their squads. We would need to pick up a couple of good players from those teams.
 
Yea Brooks has been a major disappointment , dunno wot we can do with him , we are paying him way too many $ , would it be possible to have him as 14 and play him like Dylan Walker ? Only time will tell

It’s in our franchise agreement we don’t do that. I think it is anyway
 
1. Decent centre lomax or take a gamble on burns, I would be making Penisini a good offer too for 2023
2. 2nd row starter, Elliot another gamble or Davey
3. If a signing can’t be made then Scolari,Jet,or gildart start on the wing next year, Nofa to KOE or another team preferably

It's Grand final night and as the mighty Wests Tigers are ready to take the field, we take a moment to recognise what has been the most unforeseeable and unforgettable year, ever. This reinvented Wests Tigers side will go down as one of the greatest in Rugby League history.

Who could've predicted that Lady Luck would so brightly shine down on one of the most embattled clubs on the planet?
That securing the signatures of a couple of solid leaders and an unknown talent - in the off season - could untap so much potential, rejuvenate and reinvigorate the careers of the most maligned players in the NRL.
Or that we'd see a team that slightly resembles that of '05.
What was once a runaway train, is now a well oiled machine.

The pure genius of Sheens was instrumental (in this) but it was the tactical prowess of Madge  and his sidekick Mr Robbie Farah, that helped turn the tide.
The newly hired sports psychologist had his work cut out for him. But he did the impossible. Breaking the biggest of barriers, to have every single squad member of the WT playing beyond their capabilities.
Believing in themselves and their teammates. Lifting themselves and their teammates.
This is nothing short of a miracle!!
Tonight is a special celebration to the fans of the Wests Tigers and we hope they continue to be unstoppable and unrivalled as we now go to kick off.....

In all seriousness if we manage to not get the wooden spoon and can sign one or two game breakers, in whatever form, that's a win in my eyes. But yeah I'd be content if there was more collaborative effort, some pride and passion from the boys.

The rebuild being attempted by those currently making decisions on recruitment and building foundations, is at odds with fans who are desperate for a finals appearance.
Making the finals in 7/8th position is mediocrity - and teams who consistently land around that position, will not advance any further without building the foundations of a strong junior system and will continue to risk making bad investments on players who dont live up to expectation and create cap problems.
The club is moving in the right direction to develop and maintain a strong position in the Sydney market and needs to play the long game instead of buckling to pressure from those losing patience.

Yep, I'm starting to warm to this idea of private ownership. And, maybe even relocation to Perth.

I'm not sure it'll happen, since the COE was purpose built for the club.

However, no thanks to Perth...
East Brisbane Tigers, I see the value in.
I would follow them on a move like that...

Bennett as coach.
Munster as captain.
Harry Grant too.
The new Melbourne storm.


Anyway, preference is none of it happens and we improve and become competitive and successful....
