If Potter was watching tonight ,what was thoughts watching arguably his two best players ??

Farah was solid , Benji

No idea what Potter is thinking.

But I'm thinking this forum is worked up into a tizzy over Benji and needs to relax.

The problem is LaT that Benji can have half a dozen games like that a season

I understand he has a long season ahead with the World Cup but Benji is a confidence player and I would like to see a lot better performances to build his confidence up

Funny how the Thurstons ,Smith's ,Inglis ,Hodges are up for these games

THIS IS THE REASON I SAY THAT THIS GAME IS A WASTE OF TIME . THE PLAYERS DONT WANT TO GET HURT PLAYING FOR NO REASON.GREAT CAUSE MAYBE BE, A WASTE OF TIME IN MY EYES.

This game isnt a waste of time for the Indigenous players its a chance to play with there people and showcase there heritage i love it….

EASY TIGER WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP, IF BENJI AND FARAH BROKE THER ARMS, WOULD U STILL BE SAYING THAT. IF THE IRISH SAID THEY WANTED A GAME WOULD WE GIVE THEM ONE, OR THE FRENCH, WE PANDER TO THE INDIGENOUS, AND THATS ALL ITS ABOUT. HOW COME ALL THE ELITE PLAYERS WINGE ABOUT TO MUCH FOOTY BUT BECAUSE ITS THE INDIGENOUS , THEY HAVE TO PLAY , BY THE WAY HOW MANY PULLED OUT, IF IT HAD BEEN A GRAND FINAL THEY ALL WOULD HAVE PLAYED. ITS A NOTHING GAME.

BP to be fair this game means a lot to the lives and to teach aspirations/goals to the indigenous community in particular kids and young adults. For this reason this game is more important than next weeks trial against Parra for example because this game does a heck of a lot of community work behind the scenes.People want to slam Benji but the facts will forever remain the same.If benji plays in a team that is losing the go forward he will look like Tulsen Tollett. If Benji is playing in a team thats winning the go forward he will look like superstar Benji Marshall. The only player I think Ive seen buck this trend ever is Peter Sterling.Who whilst having magical backlines re Kenny, ella e.t.c didnt always have great forward packs except ray price.Johns, langer, toovey, stuart and Mortimer always had great forward packs to assist.

The side they were playing in was very disorganised in defence but especially in attack. I would think that Potter's thoughts would be ;

1\. I am so glad that none of them were injured.

2\. It is so important that the Wests Tigers play 2013 as a well organised, cohesive team which makes optimum use of the kicking game of Braith Anasta and Jacob Miller. I am glad that we have two trials and the training sessions to achieve the cohesion in attack and defence.

I cant imagine what potter is thinking. They both were well below average. Yous can all say its a nothing game but come on,,,, You think they go out there and not try to make a play at all???? I dont think Robbie was solid at all, His defence was ok but thats it, Never looked like he was going to create anything. And Benji gee wizz, No Speed, No ball security, No vision, didnt want to touch the ball.. He looked terrible. Im hoping it was just a ploy or a show so he comes out firing in round 1\. But Im not so sure.

Before you say its just a exhitbition match or they were out of there comfort zones,,, So was Barba, Thurston , Inglis. They were all excellent….. I think we may be in for a tough season if thats what we can expect.

Hoping they prove me wrong though.

Terrible excuse for a poor display by our two BEST players.

They were both woeful.

Think you're being harsh on Farahs attack as he only got limited time.
If Morris holds onto his grubber he would have set up one try.
Overall I thought he looked pretty crisp for his first run.
The kick out on the full was poor but it happens to the best kickers too.

He would be thinking thank god they got through the game uninjured, they'll be better for the run and what am I looking to get out of the game against Parramatta next week. That is all

i dont think Barba sees it that way. There is good & then there is good. Hasler put the fire in his belly. Thats why the idengenous trounced them.

It was a trial game with some blokes in their undies playing didgerydoos - nothing more.

Benji and Rob got through it and will be fine this year. Relax people.

I think the more important question is what will Daley be thinking now?
