**No seriously, the Farah v Taylor scenario wouldn't be my priority. I'd be focused on finding out who leaked this internal discussion. That would be my first decision, they would be GONE!**
Once that is sorted, I would have personal discussions with all parties ensuring every person is aware of there roles/responsibilities, tell any 3rd parties (Player Managers/RLPA) to buggar off and if they don't like the way I run my business, feel free to take their clients with them.

Once the media hype settles, Phil Moss would be shown the door for failing to manage his operation in a professional manner, and placing the business into the ugly situation which has unfolded.

I wouldn't mind betting the person ( or manager ) who leaked this has already been told he is going.

what would I do? There is no easy option here.
By sacking Robbie , we lose experience. If we do, pretty much the whole team will be under 26 years of age. Also we lose big time in the salary cap. Robbie's defence around the ruck is first class. Another year with Robbie would be good for Moses and Brooks. Cherrington isn't ready for 80 mins defensively yet.
By sacking Taylor, we will on our fourth coach in 5 years. Which is not ideal.
I would make Lawerence captain. Retain both Robbie and JT for 2016\. Hopefully by 2017 Cherryton is an 80 minute player and the halves are experienced and competent to run the side.
