I always thought the best halves paring had one flair player and one tough nut.

Brooks is a turnstyle and its killing us. Im willing to wait for him to improve although after 5 odd games its poor to see his defence so awful at times.

Wont happen though so no point discussing really.

Honestly we don't need trouble like Pearce at our club. Australia day showed he'd learned nothing from the previous indecent assault incident. The forum no longer allows disguised swearing, but suffice it to say we've got a policy on blokes like Pearce, and if he keeps it up even the Roosters will lose patience.

Pass on Pearce. What about Cody Walker, Ben Hampton as back up options should broses not re-sign.

Say what you want about Pearce but he's a premiership winning halfback and they don't grow on trees. It's more than i can see Brooks ever being atm.

But the club would never go down this path, they're committed to Brooks sadly.

I'm a little worried about Pearce with his off-field incidents but I think he is passed that now so I think it would be a top class signing. Gives experience, an ability to work us around the field, great defence and structure play.

I think it would be significantly better then what we have in part because I don't think we can bring 2 young halves through at once

During last incident when ordered to leave he did leave peacefully, he wasn't a nasty drunk so only the grog making him silly. I said at the time to grab him. As well we can ask him to wear a wig when going out on the town.

Halves should complement one another. We won a competition like that (Prince and Benji).

At the moment Broses are too alike.
