WHATS FOR DINNER TONIGHT???

Morrocan Lamb skewers served on Cous Cous and drizzled with lemon and dill yoghurt dip.

It was the first time we've made it and it was bloody sensational. Very tasty.

Coated & seasoned chicken breast, stuffed with caramalised balsamic onions , bacon and tasty cheese. Sitting on a bed of seasoned chicken tenderloin strips with fried herbed baby potato with yellow beans , fresh peas and diced red capsicum in a light butter & pepper sauce. mmmmmmmm

The baked dinner is NOT OVER-RATED. Its damn gorgeous and better when cooked by your mother.
It's like eating a special memory - even better when its followed by an old fashioned dessert like lemon delicious pudding.
