When will blair Sign

With all this talk about us freeing up cash to sign blair and now we have offloaded a few players and havent resigned a few Why have we not signed blair as of yet?
this is looking like it may end up being very very embarrasing for the tigers.

I'd love to hear he has signed. The longer it goes on the more I doubt it.

I also wonder if there will be anymore signings. If not its a worry.
