I'm just curious to see where you guys would place us finishing in 2019\. Me personally, I'd say we'd finish about 9th maybe 8th if we're very lucky.

Don't ask me why, but I just have a feeling we will finish about sixth. Probably more just hope than anything, but we'll see.

I voted for 7, because we have a coach that is going to be dedicated to us in 2019\. I personally think Maguire will bring the best out of old & new players we have. He will be out to prove a few things that have been shot at him in the past good luck to Madge & the squad he has.

Yep, me too. I think we have a stronger sqad now and a better coach which should see us in the eight.

I think Newcastle and Canberra have squads to improve there position next year.
The current top eight if a team was to faulter maybe StGeorge or the Warriors.
I see us still somewhere between 8th-10th.

I will pick 7th but i honestly expect us to be anywhere between 6-9

I do see that as reasonable, i think madge will help us have a big win streak at the start of the season which will allow us to sneak into the finals orrr it could just be the same story as last season when we have a huge losing streak in the middle of the season….

My thoughts as well.

I think we are a mid-table squad at this point especially considering another new coach with a different style. Again.

I voted for coming in at nine.

Last season we beat the Storm twice and Easts once and came 9th. If we can't jag three wins against the Storm and Easts next year, we will have to find them against other teams in order to come 9th again. So, (assuming we don't beat Easts or the Storm) to make the 8 next year we will have to win four games that we lost this year as well as not lose the matches we won this year (eg Raiders, Saints, Souths, Manly twice).

Personally I think Ivan was right - we overachieved this year. We will need a lot of luck to improve our position next year.

Feeling a bit more optimistic than I was a couple months back. Need a good run with injuries. Reynolds has to play 20+ games. If we’re left with Marshall for most of the year, we’re screwed.

Interesting with 33 votes most of us have picked the club to be in the mix for the top 8 with some just having us to fail.I would say judging by that that there is a lot more optimism about 2019 than usual

Tigers ended on 26 points which ‘normally’ gets you into the eight. This year Warriors finished in eight spot with 32 points!
