@formerguest Theres the rub the club has to choose between guys drinking on the hill with GA admission or someone that will pay for 10 premium season tickets for a couple of thousand up front.
It is sink or swim financially for all clubs in the Sydney basin .. yes Leichhardt was great in the old days but the club will perish on the vine if they do not play all home games at a decent stadium there the facts like it or not!

Do you have the breakdown for memberships purchased at each of the home grounds, a combination of 2, or all.

If so can you also supply the membership levels (platinum, general admission, etc.) at each?

I think that this would support factual discussion rather than personal preferences.

I was at Leichhardt last night and the crowd was posted as 10k - personally think there were a few more. The point is however the atmosphere and chants were fantastic and worthy of a much bigger crowd.

If not all clubs are giving away 1 home game (e.g. us with Tamworth), then I think we should do away with it. Understand the financial benefit but I reject the that benefit.

Personally I would do away with BW and CO and go with 12 at LO or at worst 6 at LO and 6 at ANZ.

Can't beat atmosphere - if you can't have that you might as well watch it on television imo.

I didn't think the crowd numbers were all that different between CSS and LO. I thought it was less than a thousand people.

Campbelltown can get a crowd. They had 16K there a couple of years back to watch the Titans. The Titans have bugger all fans altogether let alone in Sydney.

If we made good money playing out of Leichhardt I would happily support the club playing there full time but financial stability comes before tradition unfortunately otherwise we'll be left with the Magpies in state cup.

The problem is ANZ makes the most sense location/size-wise. But LO seems to be where our heart is, and we'd be bonkers to give up our foothold in the South West so CSS needs to be retained... I can understand the dilemma.

Agreed, made the same point a few days ago. Our home games should benefit us and not the opposition.
