Where is Oneill in all this?

This whole issue has arisen as Farah has deferred salary and is overpaid for his ability.
Taylor has no moral fibre and seeks to play vindictive games to have him move on or breach his contract so Farah can either be sacked or have his salary paid elsewhere. Its gone that far that we are playing people out of position to justify his demotion to NSW cup.

I am disgusted in the club for a complete lack of leadership and doing whats right by the fans and our club. Farah is a legend of Wests Tigers he should be shown respect to the extent his contract is paid out in full and he moves on. Farah has to go.

Farah loves WT to a fault but he looks to be a stubborn individual who won't budge.
WT need to make it beneficial to Farah to have him move on. As for JT his behaviour and lack of decency for me deems him unfit to represent our club at any level. We can't move on until both Farah and JT are gone from the club but the right way.

Farah is entitled to the full amount of his contract whether he stays or goes, however if he signs elsewhere, the tigers only need to pay him the difference between that and what he would have earned. If no club is willing to pay him more than minimum wage, they would be stupid to release him and pay in full only have him turning up tp play against us at some point in time. Would be better leaving him in reserve grade where he could be called up in case of emergentcy.

Understand your point but he won't go mate. He needs to get paid in full and he will move on.
It may not sound like smart salary cap management however, he will play out the year in NSW cup and then sign a deal in England.
