Talisker for a good smokey single malt and Amrut Fusion for a very decent Indian single malt(dont laugh it is very nice).Suntory is also excellent but a little pricy

In my time working in hotels in various towns and cities in Aust ...I sold a heck of a lot of Glenfidich single malt 8/12 year old...its an aquired taste.but very popular amongst business men and women...

Im a bourbon man myself and love Wild Turkey...

Glenfidich was the first single malt i ever tried almost 50 years ago.I really enjoyed it and that is the main reason i switched from blended to single malt.

Visited the ‘Suntory Yamazaki Distillery’ the day before they shut to visitors for Covid. Very hospitable in how much they allowed me to drink lol.

We have a rewards system (energise) though work and can use the points to buy just about anything. I bought a bottle of Glenmorangie a while back and it was spot on! Usually sits around $120 a bottle at Dan's so a bit rich for me normally but when work is paying for it it's my go-to
as a mixer Grants is my norm, not a bad drop for a cheapie. Or Johnnie red at a pinch.
