This club has underachieved massively in it 15 years due to bad management ,poor facilities and relying on our junior base

I want this club and its fans to hold management to be accountable for its actions and its words

We got told that we had turned the corner , no BS , no leaks and total transparency that we had moved forward

And less than 3 weeks into this 'new era' we have the CEO tell us a player was staying when it was obvious that he wasn't to all and sundry and then it turns out to be BS and then after the club has repeatedly used Tedesco's name as re-signed player they now tell us he isn't quite a re-signed player 5 months after he was supposedly re-signed

So Col my point is "what has changed , where is the transparency , honesty " Just words they have used to try and drive memberships ,simple as that "

Why has the board not pulled the rug from under Mayer and told him to stfu and stop tweeting bs and just be honest from the start or say nothing

You might be different from I , but I don't usually deal with liars ,cheats and fraudsters

So why should I cough up more money to people who are treating us like mushrooms and feeding us more fertilizer

Leaking information and the club being transparent are two totally separate issues

If we come out with info released responsibly that's a good thing

Leaking info is bad ,because it can be twisted any way without any formal way of responding

But the recent Tedesco situation when he isn't named as a recent resigning in an official end of season report and a Forum member having to ask him why Tedesco wasn't named and Mayer then tweeting the info , its unprofessional and can lead to more bad press ,more rumours and innuendo .

That is my point , we were told we wouldn't be seeing it anymore and within a month here we are already

Happy I can see the passion of wanting our club to be more professional in all aspects,from signings to the front office..
For mine if they want more membership and I will retain mine,then they have to be more informative and a little more cost efficient..

We won't attract more members or supporters being sneaky and less informative than other clubs…

Yes well Autocorrect can be a [This word has been automatically removed] when using 'smart' phones! We all know that.

However, names have to be typed manually as they aren't in dictionaries so any errors are on the behalf of the user. And we all find those people who can't spell 'Farah' or 'Wests' etc annoying.

Oh and missing a capitalisation isn't a spelling error mate, it's punctuation… :wink: And again another fail of so called smart devices.

And I wonder if fans recall how up until half way through this season everyone was so thoroughly impressed by the open and transparent communication from Mayer. Many said it was his greatest strength. When it starts to hit the fan you can understand shutting up shop a bit more than previously.

Compared to Humpty and what we have endured previously Mayer is 10000 times better at communicating than every other CEO we've ever had.

However, the ambiguity surrounding Teddy isn't good enough. If he's not signed I suppose they don't want to advertise the fact he could still be potentially snatched away but after reneging on the Raiders i don't think any clubs would be interested.

Maybe they've just been waiting for Moss to come in and sort out the technical details of the contract within the cap for the forthcoming years. Moss being an expert on the subject and all.

I have no doubt that Teddy has signed or will sign. The maze of the salary cap probably needs some work or maybe they are waiting for a TPA to be finalized, so they do not have to put the whole contract value through the salary cap, that would leave us a little to spend on the mystery forward!!!. I am sure they are keen to use him in their membership drive, so it should happen soon
