Who else is excited for the cleanout that will apparently happen. Aslong as Farah, Woods, Nofo and Teddy stay I will be happy.

I'm excited about the cleanout , hopefully it's at board level also and not just players, we need a united board also. need a first grade team in administration and one on the field also.

CARNNNNN the tigers

I'm (cautiously) excited. A clean out is a good thing if the guy with the dustpan and brush knows what he's sweeping aside. Let's not forget the recent clean outs of Gibbs, Fafita, Ryan, Heighno and then their chosen replacements. (And I'm not here to argue the pro's or cons of any individual)

Those decisions were made by one coach who was (presumably) building combinations to a structure plan. We now have a different coach with his own structural ideas trying to use the elements from the previous coach. It don't go!

If we're going to have a clean out, we need to plan strategically and include all the player elements, looking at potential combinations. We have to have a realistic replacement plan before we start dropping players. I don't think it will be a small task. Unfortunately, I don't know enough about how the salary cap works and therefore how it will influence this process. I also have some concerns about some of the 'albatross' contracts we are carrying.

Personally, based on our 'albatrosses' I'd like to see recruitment plans based on performance bonuses.

I'm on the excitement ship.
Very eager to see who stays, who goes and who comes !!

Hopefully none of my favourites.
