Who is going to be suspended?

Waiting nervously for the judiciary to announce who is getting charged after the weekend -

our three lads in the firing line are Farah, Blair, and Ryan.

I think Farah may be having 3-4 weeks off for his tackle, (look at dave taylors from last year)

Blair may cop a week on his priors, and I think Beau won't have a case to answer for - Channel 9 beat that incident up…

ideas? thoughts?

the only 2 who should be suspended are the 2 that knocked out Benji and Beau.

and we didn't even get a penalty for either of them

I honestly didn't think Farah's tackle was all that bad. Hornby ended up in a bad position but I think he contributed to it by twisting as Farah hit him. No intent from Farah at all.

Can't compare it to the Dave Taylor one because he didn't have a good record which contributed to the long suspension. I think he also had carry over points at the time.

Farah will get two because he has a good record, Blair will get two based on priors and the St George duo who knocked seven shades out of Benji and Beau should get a week.

I reckon Ryan will get off.

When do they release the charges?

Farah - shouldnt get charged.
Blair - will get charged, but only minor so should be free to play.
Ryan - will go close but again only a minor charge if any.

I'm gona have to go watch that tackle again… I cant recall Farah actualy lifting the player into a dangerous position other than leg drive.

Sheens better bring in Politoni!!!

Edit: Just check that tackle and Farah should fight it... At no time did farah lift with his arms. It was one momentum from the leg drive and that is not a 'Dangerous Throw'.

**Farah faces two weeks for Dangerous throw**

Wests Tigers hooker Robbie Farah is facing two weeks on the sideline after he was charged with a dangerous throw by the NRL match review committee on Monday.

Farah was charged for his tackle on Dragons halfback Ben Hornby in the 4th minute of Friday night’s clash at WIN Jubilee Oval.

The Wests Tigers hooker will miss two weeks if he takes the early guilty plea, but could face three weeks if he fights the charge at the NRL judiciary and loses.

Dragons Jeremy Latimore and Melbourne’s Todd Lowrie were both charged with Grade 1 offences, but will be free to play if they take the early guilty plea.

Latimore was charged with a Grade 1 careless high tackle on Wests Tigers five-eighth Benji Marshall in the 26th minute, but will be free to take on the Sea Eagles in Round 4 with the early plea.

Lowrie was charged with Grade 1 dangerous contact for his tackle on Titans forward Nate Myles in the 78th minute, but will be free to take on the Roosters on Sunday afternoon with the early plea.

In other news. No charge for Merrin and Latimore free to play with a guilty plea.

The system works

Politini to the bench I would guess. He hasn't got the go for 80 minutes at NSW Cup yet

well thats interesting - no mention of Beau Ryan OR Adam Blair….

Farah copping only two weeks is good... Liam Fulton or Pat Politini in as cover won't be too awful.

Could have been worse.

Not much they could do with Merrin and Latimore, they were never going to be more than grade 1 or 2.

Latimores was dog act. Deliberate with intent on our best player. Should be out for a month in my book.

Two weeks might be what Robbie needs. Heal up, get rid of that niggle he's carrying and come back raring to go
