Farah? Yeah, I can't see a bloke that never coached before making a difference.

Made a difference already in a smaller role, briefly...

Imagine what he could do in a more hands on role.

Give him a run in reserves then.

You saying he won't have an impact on up and coming players?

Guys done it all.
Tigers man, through and through.

He'd be more impactful than snoopy and co.

He needs a great defensive coach and a good attack coach because he doesn't have much to offer in either

Neither was Bellamy... then he was.

He'd be an assistant.

Farah? Yeah, I can't see a bloke that never coached before making a difference.

Ciraldo only now 36yrs old and wouldn't have a third of Robbie's experience in the game. He was given an assistant role at Riff and made caretaker coach in 2018 when Griffin was punted and only a few yrs later considered head coach material.

It's about motivating and unlocking talent and belief in the younger playing group as much as it is teaching the technical aspects of the game. Robbie was always a hard trainer and willing to do whatever it took to win. Not many have a stronger passion for the Tigers than he does.

Ciraldo was asst coach of Penriths u20s for a year and then head coach for the next 2 years. They were minor premiers twice and won a comp. THEN he got the first grade asst job.

He has way more experience and success than Farah as a coach.

I guess the point I was getting at is I personally feel Robbie is made for coaching and although may not have the runs on the board coaching wise he is far superior to Ciraldo with on field experience. Knowing what it takes to succeed at an elite level for an entire career having played in and won a GF, Test series and Origin series.

What was the other ref rhat retired this year?

Get both blokes in there

There will be no shortage of people putting their hands up. They will see it as an audition for the soon to be vacant head coach role

Not sure..

Plenty of dicussion here though..

They're trying to get help for Madge. Not for Madge to mentor a would be coach.

Firstly an assistant that knows how to coach the new brand of footy .. then an assistant that can communicate with words that have more than 4 letters to a younger generational player.. that could be a start !

Bellamy also coached the raiders u20s before going to the broncos. You seeing a pattern?

Having a great playing career means little to being a coach. Pearce, Lamb, Potter abd Taylor all had great careers.
