We need someone who actually coaches, uses the bench, adjusts in game and rewards effort.

Madge yells, but it is all a bluff as no one gets dropped...and he is yet to adjust once all season during the opening 30 when we get hammered.

He has to go. Forget the past or whatever else has happened, he is failing every single week.

Bennett is a quick fix coach, he likes to come into a team close to the top and is very good getting them over the line. He is not a rebuild coach.
