Who will be the WT "Next big thing"

Who will breakout this year in your opinions, I think Sironen will continue to improve, hopefully staying injury free he will be the next big thing in this game.

Edit - Luke Brooks & Tedesco have already made a name for themselves thus are not in the poll.

Agree with Geo we need a poll…...

Moses I suspect can really improve over the next few rounds as long as he is given some ball....

I kind of agree with you. I was never worried about our backrow this year. Sirro was going to go to the next level. Sue was an international who is also on the rise and we have a few others jumping out of their skin to make a mark.

I dont know about this year but i really like Te Maire Martin. His touches are sublime and the room for improvement and body development is untapped.

Poll has been added, wow i couldn't really pick the best of the bunch, we have so many great prospects…

Where's JJ Felise Mark McCormack Ryland Jacobs Jnr Tatoa and Tyler Cassell…?

Id restrict the poll to those who have played NRL, State Cup, NRL Nines or any official NRL trial.

Anything else is just pure speculation.

God you could pick half a dozen of those blokes, but I ended up choosing Sironen. He has already improved 100% on last season and is looking lethal running on the edges. Barring any serious injuries, he will be an Origin player one day, of this I have no doubt. My bold prediction is that he, Lovett and Taupau will be close to pushing for the mantle of best backrow in the comp by season's end.

Well, I picked Moses for all the obvious reasons - He is going to be a CHAMPION!

It is just how long before JT lets him have his head.

Siro is now doing all I expected him to do - he will be popping up those passes for tries like Artie used to eat meat pies. He was already the best big thing for me so I have moved onto the next one. The big Double M.

Toss u between Sirro and Sue for me. I went with Sirro because you can almost see his confidence growing by the week.

I thought Sue would breakout last year but his season was frustrated by injuries. I think he is better playing tight and we might see him excel if Taylor decides to use him in the prop/lock rotation.

Just have a feeling that Moses will frustrate us this year and we won't see his best until later this year or next year, same with Brooks. I expect we will be talking about Nofoluma a lot by mid-season.

How do you exclude Brooks and Tedesco as having already made it but Sue who played 4 nations last year and Sironen who has played city country haven't ? Given I think those should be excluded I would say that Kyle Lovett is the star

I'd like it to be Cherrington but I can't help but feel we will lose him.
So I've gone Lovett, he couldn't have been more impressive in the couple of games he has played so far.

Several prospects really, I like the way Sirro is developing and I reckon Moses and Liolevave are also likely prospects. Cherrington too.

Agree with all except for the last bit, however I must say that from the relatively little that I had seem from Kyle prior to his NRL runs, he has way exceeded my expectations.

After excluding the backrowers my vote goes with Moses. When Taylor finally releases the shackles we and the rest of the league world will see a further glimpse of just how good this kid will be. Better keep the shades out after next summer as he is going to shine ever so brightly with another offseason under his belt.

What about Sirro Jnr Jnr

The bloke who put me on Ryland Jacobs is a good judge in my opinion

Off your list I'll go Lodge and Cherrington
