Why Tigers’ top cats are going nowhere while side sinks to new lows

I think it would be fair to say that 2011 would have been better but this current roster would be the best since then.However you also would have to say that we have the worst club administration in place that we have ever had and that is directly from the board,it is possible that some of them may be capable but the collective decisions and directions they direct the club in are exceptionally poor.That is where the main problem lies imho and the massive group of supporters that the club has can not change it.
At the moment we are in the worst possible position with inept management and inept coaching of a football team that should be running just below mid table on the ladder.If we lose on Monday to the team running 2nd last on the ladder we will be 4 points last and all within 6 weeks of the start of the season.This is completely unacceptable but not surprising considering the "quality" of our leadership and coaching

Rest assured,Pascoe,Lee and their Cheer Squad will tell you it's under control.
 
This article is grim reading for WT fans.
More than anything, Lee’s quotes reaffirm that the ‘top cats’ at the club have no insight that they are the problem.
The ineptitude and lack of accountability and leadership that exists at board level permeates throughout our club.

A full re-brand, take the current board that can't be removed out of play by leaving them behind. Wests Tigers seek alternate ownership by proper business and sports people and start over fresh.

I think its about $1500 to establosh a company, subsidery whatever...like footy tipping everyone chucks in money amd away you go. Probably bit more complicated but thats why strategy is important.
 
Wow, just wow! Unfortunately, the club's leadership has never been at a lower ebb and, going on Lee's words, there is no light at the end of the tunnel. It seems as though everyone in and around the club can see that the Tigers problems are intrinsically linked with our completely incompetent administration. Unfortunately, these very administrators cannot see that they are the problem and the reason why the club lurches from one disaster to another.

I believe "We have arguably the most talented roster we’ve had since 2005, so no one is giving up" is a reference to the WT's Admin team. There is a perception it refers to the football team, but that is not the case.

If (ie when) we lose tomorrow we should request a formal apology from the Easter Bunny for the erroneous delivery of a big fat duck egg, then offer him a job in Marketing.
